Thank you for your order; Kena Kitchen & Bath makes every effort to ensure you receive your material as ordered. We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read and review the following terms and conditions for your purchase.

MEASUREMENTS:

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements supplied to Kena Kitchen & Bath, Kena Kitchen & Bath accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors. Customers may request final measurement confirmation by Kena Kitchen & Bath Member after the contract is signed or the deposit is made. The customer is responsible for the final design approval.

PAYMENTS:

Full payment is required at the date of purchase for Material and Goods such as but not limited to: Kitchen Cabinets, Sinks, Faucets, Vanity Cabinets, Tiles, Flooring, Hardware, and Fixtures. Prices are subject to change without notice.  

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS:

Deposits are required on the same day a contract is signed for Full and/or Partial Kitchen or Bathroom Renovations and for  Cabinet installations, the Customer may be required to pay additional deposits based on the payment schedule in the contract. The customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance in full when the project is completed. Kena Kitchen & Bath accepts cash, certified bank checks, debit cards and credit cards. A $50 fee will be assessed for returned checks in the event a personal check is accepted. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 5-10 business days and purchases made by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Kena Kitchen & Bath may refuse a refund at its sole discretion.

FINAL SALE:

All Fully assembled Cabinets, Moldings,  loose cabinet parts, Countertops, and custom-made Cabinets are not Returnable. No Refunds or Exchanges.

RETURNS:

Returns are permitted within 15 days of receipt of the product unless excluded below. The customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Installed products may not be exchanged or returned. Custom-ordered products such as, but not limited to Custom made Cabinets, Custom cut countertops,  Special Orders, Close-out items, and Clearance products sold as AS-IS may not be returned. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. Once a custom order product order has been placed, there are no changes allowed.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES: TAILGATE DELIVERY ONLY.

The buyer is responsible for the acceptance of deliveries and unloading deliveries. Buyer will be instructed as to how many willing and able persons Buyer will be required to ensure to receive and unload deliveries. All delivery times are estimated. Kena Kitchen & Bath is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party suppliers and will not guarantee specific deadlines. Kena Kitchen & Bath recommends that the buyer not schedule installation until the buyer receives the product. Additionally, each Carrier sets and executes its own policies and practices.

INSPECTION:

Cabinets are delivered Fully Assembled. Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt. The buyer is responsible for the final inspection at the time of delivery. Concealed damage claims (damage found after unpacking) must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. (are you sure you want to offer this?) Do not install damaged or defective products. Modification of the products may void claims for damage.

INSTALLATION:

Kena Kitchen and Bath employs sub-contractors for full and partial kitchen and bathroom renovations, and kitchen cabinet installation, Kena Kitchen & Bath ensures all sub-contractors are licensed and insured. Buyer is responsible for additional charges and payments for any and all unexpected materials or labor that is necessary during renovations and or installations which were not listed in the original contract\Any changes and or adjustments requested by the customer during renovation or installation or 3 days after the proposal is signed and material is ordered will require additional charges.  The proposal may be withdrawn by Kena Kitchen & Bath if not accepted within 14 days.

LABOR WARRANTY:

All SUB-CONTRACTORS who perform work and installations on behalf of Kena Kitchen and Bath provide a ONE–YEAR limited labor warranty on installations.

Warranties are limited to product installations for kitchen cabinets, countertops, tiles, hardware, electrical, and plumbing.

Defective products NOT COVERED BY LABOR WARRANTY.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

Kena Kitchen & Bath is a third-party supplier. All products sold by Kena Kitchen & Bath are subject to a manufacturer warranty.

ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSALPrices, specifications, and conditions are acceptable and are hereby accepted.
